Yo Maps given full access to his first born daughter Bukata
The Lusaka Magistrate Court granted joint custody of Bukata to Yo Maps and Mwizukanji, ruling that both must agree before posting her image or keeping her Facebook page active.
Bukata will spend all school and public holidays, plus her birthday, with her father and have visits every two weeks.
The court dismissed Yo Maps’ request for full custody, finding the mother’s home safe, and ordered both parents to cooperate in the child’s best interests.
